Access-A-Pal is a website accessibility service, so we want our own website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification and other assistive technologies.
We aim for accessapal.com to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we review pages as we add or change them.
Our pages are built with clear headings, labeled form fields, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links and color contrast chosen to be easy to read. The Access-A-Pal toolbar is installed on this site, so you can adjust text size, contrast, spacing, fonts and motion to suit you.
Some content on this site comes from third parties, such as embedded forms, scheduling tools and videos. We may not control how accessible that content is, and some of it may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you run into a problem with any part of this site, please let us know.
If you have trouble using any part of accessapal.com, or need information in another format, call us at (629) 265-9543, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Central, or send a message through our contact form. Please tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will do our best to help.
This statement describes our own website. It is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee that every page meets every accessibility standard at all times.
